The new film delivery on the Marvel symbiote will once again feature Tom Hardy in the leading role.
Venom 2 already has a director! Tom Hardy, the one in charge of giving life to Eddie Brock on the big screen, recently published a tweet that seemed to confirm that Andy Serkis would direct Venom 2, the sequel to Sony Pictures on the Marvel symbiote. The interpreter was forwarding the news, but it was Serkis himself who officially confirmed it with another message on the famous social network. "It's happening. The Symbiote has found a host in me and I'm ready for the trip... I can't wait any longer!"
Serkis is known for being one of the best actors shooting 'motion-capture' scenes, bringing characters like Gollum to life in The Lord of the Rings or Supreme Leader Snoke in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. As a director, he has placed himself behind the cameras of A reason to live and Mowgli: the jungle legend. He also served as director of the second unit in the trilogy of The Hobbit.
Hardy will repeat the role of Eddie Brock in Venom 2, which will also feature Woody Harrelson as Cletus Kasady, the Carnage symbiote. To refresh your memory and prepare for the sequel, on these lines you have the Venom trailer.
